Our loving father, grandfather, partner, brother, uncle and friend, Bruce Kay Tanner, 63, passed away peacefully with his family surrounding him at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, from cancer.
He was born on January 24, 1958 in Ogden, Utah, a son of Gordon Kay and JoAnn Kimber Tanner.
Bruce worked as a journeyman electrician in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Bruce's loves were his Harley motorcycles, Carla and Sabrina. He enjoyed riding around the country with his girlfriend, Brenda on the back of the motorbike. He also loved his horse, Champagne and love for his Mustang cars.
Surviving are his three children, Jacob (Nicole) Tanner; Shane (Kami) Tanner; Matt Lewis; 9 grandchildren; four siblings, Cheryl (Tony) Ferrara; Dee (Colleen) Tanner; Chris (Cross) Tanner; Shellie (Richard) Calchera and his partner, Brenda Leeflang.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and three grandchildren, Braden, Athena and Mason Tanner.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Grouse Creek Cemetery, Grouse Creek, Utah.
