Lisa Aird Nowak, of Antigo, died Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at Aurora Bay Care Hospital, Green Bay. She was 49 years old. She was born on April 18, 1972, in Antigo.
She was a graduate of Antigo High School with the class of 1990.
She worked in health care for many years starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Colonial Manor in Wausau followed by providing home health care in the Antigo area.
She loved to cook, refinish furniture, reading and time at the campfire. Her children were her life
Survivors include her children Zachary and Rylee Aird, of Antigo; her mother Sandra (Mike) Theisen, Antigo; her father Patrick Aird, Antigo; two sisters, Mary (Christopher) Pomasl, Antigo, Jennifer Spiegl, Wausau; a brother, James Aird, Wausau; four step-brothers, Christopher (Deb) Theisen, Janesville, Nathan (Kristen) Theisen, Green Bay, Philip (Natasha) Theisen, Auburndale, Michael (Heather) Theisen, Bryant; nieces and nephews, Kiana (Aaron) Robertson, Avery Pomasl, Breely Spiegl, Theresa and Ryan Theisen, Ila Sundberg, Case Meister, Freya and Ravena Theisen; a great niece Scarlett Robertson.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Harold and Jeanette Ackerman, paternal grandparents, Wilfred and Patricia Aird; three uncles Mike and Mark Ackerman, Tom Aird; an aunt Maxine Boula; a cousin Katina Marshall.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Bradley Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
