In loving memory of

David Alan Lekson
January 26, 1965 - July 10, 2021

David Alan Lekson, born January 26, 1965, died suddenly, Saturday, July 10, 2021.
David, my love, my life, you left us too soon. My head tells me you are with Jesus but my heart doesn't want to believe you're gone. Thank you for waking me up so I could help you and give our children a chance to say goodbye. Thank you for 19 ½ years of laughter, chaos, growth, love and deep friendship. Thank you for leaving me with the greatest gift ever, our family!
We built a beautiful life that you left too soon and there are many that are waiting to see you again; your mom, Robyn (Pat) Doty, brother's Mike and Anthony (Ashley), sisters Jill and Sara (Chad) and many nieces and nephews. And of course the tribe you left behind: your favorite wife, Shelli, daughters Kendra Davis (Darren), Rebekah Cleary (Phillip), Leah, Hannah, Sarah, and Aubrey, sons, Joshua (Ashley), Alex Senger, Marcus Leal (Kayla) and seven amazing grandkids.
If you knew David, please know how blessed you truly are. Please join us to celebrate a life well lived.

"So grateful for memories. David and Shelli visited my little family and me in Indianapolis this past May. Dave had a great time at the Indy 500 museum while I got some time with my sister Shelli. We all went out for sushi that night and it was so fun and relaxed. He loved my sister well and for that I?m grateful to David. We are never ready to say goodbye to the men we love but he?ll be in great company. He joins my father, my husband and my son. From my heart to the entire clan?so much love.??????
