Jeri Carrier
Canton - Jeri Carrier, 67, of Canton, Passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She was born on July 1, 1954, in Canton to Gerald R. and Lena M. (Rowley) Carrier. She is preceded in death by her mother.
Surviving is her father, two children whom she raised, Kelly Douglass Fawcett, and Jeff Fawcett, one brother Mike (Dot Hills), three sisters, Diane (Wendell Covert) Carrier, Debbie (Larry) Ward and LuAnn (Steve) Miller, several nieces and nephews, and a dear friend Vickie McMillan.
Jeri currently worked at Renaissance Care Center in the Dietary Department for over 20 years. She enjoyed her job, working with friends and helping others. Jeri loved music especially Garth Brooks. Most of all she loved spending time and going to dinner with her family and friends.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
Memorials may be made to Jeri's family.

"I worked with Jeri for 14 yrs in the dietary dept. at Renaissance.. I looked forward to joking around and venting to her... She would always cheer me up if i was having a bad day and i will miss that. Even after i left Renaissance to work at OSF St. Francis hospital we stayed in touch she would send me e- cards that were great.. She always told me i deserved happiness... She will be missed deeply by everyone who got the pleasure of knowing her! ? we both loved the color purple which was nice.. Love you friend.. "
