In loving memory of

Lillian T. Grayson
July 28, 1922 - July 13, 2021

GRAYSON, Lillian T. (Maiden Name Quinn, previous married name Dingler) Sweet Lily of Sicklerville, NJ passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at the age of 98 years old.

Beloved wife of Bill Grayson Sr. (deceased). Mother of Bill Dingler, Sis Turner, Joan Murray (Bill) and Nancy Anderson, the "baby" (Jim). Step mom of "Reds" Grayson (Laura). Sister of Betty Wolf, her partner in crime, Charlie (deceased), James "Porky" Quinn (Joan) and other deceased siblings. Also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and her best friend of all Geri Hughes.

Our mom loved her children with all her heart and her grandchildren and great grandchildren just as much. Mom was always ready for a good laugh, a box of chocolate sponges or caramels and any cake available. Mom loved to crochet blankets for the new babies and make miniature rooms with furniture and decorations that Matthew eventually got to take home with him.

We loved our mom more than she could ever imagine. She was always there to give her opinion whether you wanted to hear it or not. Most times she was right. She loved Unconditionally. She was there when we brought our babies home and taught us that "family helps each other". She was our angel on earth and will continue to be our angel in heaven.

"Take 5 minutes, Mom. You Deserve it!"

A special thank you to Sue, Sherri and Isabell from Samaritan Hospice for taking such good care of our mom. They were the best.

There will be a viewing from 9am to 11am on Saturday at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.

Funeral Service 11am at the Funeral Home. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers we request donations in her name to be sent to: Samaritan Gift Processing Center, P.O. Box 71425, Phila. Pa. 17176-1425 or you can donate online at WWW.SamaritanNJ.org/DONATE.

"I had the pleasure of knowing ?Sweet Lily? If only for a short time. She was always kind, sweet and had a good sense of humor . She often lead our group in prayer, as recent as the Sunday before she passed which shows her strength and endurance. She will be missed but I know she will always be with us. ?? "

"How do you say goodbye to your mom. How do you try to move on without someone who has always been there your entire life. Someone who was happy for you when good news came and cried with you when you you were sad. Someone you didn't talk to every day but thought of all the time and dreaded this day you knew would come. My mom was strong, lovable, witty, sentimental, had the friendliest personality and loved life. How do you live without a mom that has all those qualities and more. I cannot imagine life without my mom but God has other plans for her. I had her for 65 years and she has been given the angel wings she deserved. She is now surrounded by family and friends lost but most of all Mr. Bill Grayson. She loved him with all her heart and he made her so happy. Although my heart is broken and will miss her everyday I am content in knowing she is at peace. I will love her forever and hope to feel her presence around me. She will be the angel on my shoulder. Take 5 minutes Mom....you earned it! "

"Mom you were one of a kind, loving , caring, thoughtful, friendly. Always thinking of others, but most of all your life thinking of your children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren first and foremost. Through good times and bad, as there were some, you were always the rock that held this family together. Even while you lay slipping away from us, your attention was to making sure we were OK. It was an honor for me to care for you in your time of need, but most of all to be your son. God bless you, and keep you safe. I love you, and will always have you close to my heart, and in my prayers. Your son Billy "

"Aunt Lil was such a kind soul. You couldn't help but love her. She would have you hysterical laughing with her funny antics and stories. Everyone that knew her loved her. She was always there for family. She will truly be missed. Heaven will never be the same. Next time the skies rumble it won't be thunder, it will be hysterical laughter coming from above. I'll never forget Aunt Lil. Neither will my cat. Rest in peace. Love Pat. XO"
