"I am very sorry to hear of Julia?s passing. I remember her well from high school. She was always nice and so friendly. I also always thought it was sweet to see her and Jim in the hallways or walking home after school because they always seem to get along so well. It was nice to see siblings who seemed to be friends. I still have the commemorative plate she very sweetly made for me as a wedding gift in 1970. My condolences to her family."

Julia Ann (Musgrove) Poulson, age 74 of Colfax, died on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at Newton Healthcare. No services are planned. The daughter of Vernie William and Sylvia (Chance) Musgrove, Julia was born on July 23, 1946, in Knoxville. On July 23, 1971, she was united in marriage to Nichols Lester Poulson. Julia was a member of the Howard Street Christian Church.
Julia is survived by her daughter, Leslie Ann Poulson, her father, twin brother, Jim Musgrove of Havelock, North Carolina, a sister, Maxine Houze of California, a brother, Kenneth Musgrove of Drakesville, Iowa, a sister-in-law, Judy Snook of Newton and nine nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were parents and a brother, Richard.
