"Obituary Correction : Our beloved Mother was the Second oldest of her Eleven siblings. And not the second youngest. In my Many Unsuccessful attempts to connect with the owner/ supervising employees at the Phoenix Creamatorim for nearly 2 and a half months abt our Mothers obituary, NO one would speak to me or return my Many calls! So in my desperate attempt to create our Mom's obit. the offers available in leaving memories do not allow gor such editing mistakes as needed in the mis spelling / wording mistake when I accidentally used the word youngest when it should have been the oldest . As someone ever in need of such services as this Phoenix... I highly warn to go else where. I for one am Not happy that my calls went on repeatedly ignored and not getting the full experience of what was paid for. Shame on them."
