CATHALEEN FULLERTON Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 11, 2008, at St. Mathias Church. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, February 10, 2008, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home, with a Rosary Prayer Service at 5 p.m. at the funeral home. MUSCATINE, Iowa - Cathaleen 'Cathy' S. Fullerton, 52, of Muscatine, died suddenly from complications of a heart attack, Wednesday, February 6, 2008, at Unity Hospital. The Reverend Paul Appel of the Ss. Mary and Mathias Parish will officiate. Casket bearers will be Travis Sturms, Ronnie Honts, Steve Fullerton, Jesse Fullerton, Jose Leyva, and Allen Staats. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. A Funeral Luncheon will be held at the Knights of Columbus following the committal service. Memorials may be made to the family in care of Michael Fullerton. 'Cathy' was born on January 12, 1956, in Muscatine, the daughter of Melvin H. and Lorraine M. Noll Sturms. She married Michael J. Fullerton on November 8, 1985 at the St. Mary Church. She held different positions, some of which were Muscatine Lighting, Heinz, Hy-Vee, and Oral B, but the ones she held most high were being a mother and a wife. She enjoyed country music. Alan Jackson and Keith Urban were her favorite artists. She especially loved spending time with her family, friends, and her dogs, Koby and Ozzy. She will be sadly missed by her husband, Michael Fullerton of Muscatine; one daughter, Shawna Lynn Sturms of Muscatine; one brother, Randy Sturms and wife, Sonya, of Moscow; three sisters, Barbara Wright of Muscatine, Debbie Snyder and husband, Daryle, of Muscatine, and Janeen Sturms of Muscatine; three nephews, Travis Sturms, Jason Sprague and Paul Quigley; five nieces, Heather Sturms, Tawnya Strause, Tracey Reyonlds, Stefanie Pheiffer and Mindy May; two great-nephews, Theron Strause and Stevie Reynolds; four great-nieces, Faith Strause, Tia Reynolds, Kortney Stecher and Kaylynn Stecher; and several aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
