"Just found out Mim died. What a beautiful soul Mim and Gene both were. They drove from Ft. Worth to WV for my wedding in 1997. They were the last to leave the reception, dancing away the night. So much fun! I last saw Mim a couple years ago. She was still so beautiful. My condolences to the family. I loved yoir parents dearly. "

Mildred "Mim" Louise Fertig, age 95, passed away Monday, July 26, 2021 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Mim was born in Iowa where she met her husband of 69 years, Gene Fertig. Gene preceded Mim in death.
Mim is survived by her four children; Michael (Karen), Scott (Pauline),
Pamela Hinrichs (Phil), and Judah (Rebecca). Nine grandchildren and five
Great-grandchildren were blessed to have Mim as their grandma.
A celebration of a glorious life will be held at a later date. Graveside services are pending.
