Marcia Dollerschell wrote on Aug 9, 2021:

"Dear Family, You have my sympathy on Joyce's passing. I taught at Aldrich, sometimes substitute teaching along Joyce and it was always a good learning experience. It is so ironic that Joyce and her teaching partner, Gloria, passed away within a few days of one another. Both enjoyed teaching tremendously and both will be missed. My husband was on the Samaritan Bethany Foundation Board for several years, so we enjoyed visiting with Joyce and her husband at these occasions. We hope fond memories will help to sustain you during this difficult time. Sincerely, Al and Marcia Dollerschell"
