Richard L. Cinaglia
December 7, 1942 - July 31, 2021

Richard Louis Cinaglia, of Gloucester Township, passed away on July 31, 2021. Age 78. Born in Camden, NJ.

He was the son of the late Silvio and Nancy (nee Lauria) Cinaglia. Beloved husband of Nancy (nee Annise) Cinaglia for 53 years. Loving father of Richard Louis Cinaglia, Jr. and the late Claudine Cinaglia. Grandfather of Christian and Madison. Loving brother of Sylvia Daughten and brother-in-law of Paula Coyle (Tom). Also survived by his nieces Sylvia, Nancy and Maureen, his nephew Angelo and his much-loved dog, Daisey Mae.

Richard worked for years at Camden City Hall, starting as a meter collector, tax collector and director of finance. A Graduate of Camden High school and Rutgers University with a BA and a Masters Degree. All at night as well as working full-time at City Hall. He served in the Army reserves in the 1960s. Richard loved spending time with his cousins and friends, which he loved deeply.

There will be a viewing from 8:30am to 10:15am on Friday at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.

Funeral Mass 11am at Our Lady of Hope Parish, St. Agnes R.C. Church, Blackwood.

Interment St. Joseph Cemetery, Chews Landing.

"Rich, I know we didn't spend much time together early on in life, you were more my brother's age and you two hung out more. But ever since my brother Pete died we became very close the last two years! We would get together for breakfast and lunches regularly. Rich I'm so sorry you left us so soon it's still hard for me to accept that your gone!!!Rich you were a good and classy human being and I am so glad and proud to be your cousin and your friend! "Rich was like a brother. I can still here him saying when he hugged me at our lunches and breakfasts, My Man!!! A wonderful wealth of knowledge, I learned a lot from Rich. Also, would tell him what I learned from the Bible, and he was always interested. I will miss him terribly!"
