In loving memory of

Carolyn Sue Bennick
October 15, 1946 - July 22, 2021

Carolyn Sue Bennick (Taylor), 74, a beloved wife and matriarch, was granted her angel wings at her home in Kenmore, WA, on Thursday, July 22nd at 4:40am with her husband of 55 years, Ron Bennick, by her side.

Born October 15th, 1946, in Eugene, Oregon, to Dean and Betty Taylor. Carol proudly served in the United States Air Force from August 5th,1965 where she met her husband, Ron, and was honorably discharged December 16, 1966.

Carol (aka Little Bit) married Ron (aka Dirty Ernie) on August 27th, 1966, and lovingly raised three amazing children, Roni, Sean, and Derik. Very proud, she became an adored Angel Grandma to Tyler, Amber, Conner, Heidi, Hanali, and Hailey. She was a dear sister to Patty Parrish and late brothers Tully and Mike Taylor. She was a big dreamer throughout her life and recently hoped for visiting a new property by the beach with the family; full remodel with a new kitchen and a new deck; and having a family vacation to swim with whale sharks.

Carol was a fun-loving adorable small package with the biggest heart, fullest hugs, and sweetest smile. Loved by so many as their supportive Veteran, Teacher, Friend, Cousin, Cheerleader, Dog Mom to Vixen and Angel, and, most importantly, Wife, Mom and Grandma. All that knew her were always the most precious angels of her collection.

Carol Sue Bennick is survived by her husband, Ron Bennick; sister, Patty Parrish and spouse; daughter, Roni Bennick and partner; 2 sons and their spouses, Sean and Derik Bennick; and 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dean and Betty Taylor; and 2 brothers Tully and Michael Taylor.

Services will be held the evening of August 14th, 2021, at the Bellevue Demonstration Garden: 15416 SE 16th St, Bellevue, WA 98007. Please contact the family for more information.

"It was a year ago today that I looked into your eyes and said goodbye. I remember it like it was 5 minutes ago. Your deep gaze into my eyes, I felt every moment of what you were trying to say. I miss you mom. Every day. I miss you. "
