Randall J Ryszewski wrote on Aug 24, 2021:

"Our deepest sympathy to Kathy and her family. As Larry and I worked together, he was always a positive thinker and offered solutions to issues. Since our retirements, some fourteen years ago, I often think about our weekly staff and GEM Team Meetings and the strategies we put together for success. I cannot forget our daily ritual with LJO (Larry) coming to my office and saying, 'it's time for coffee and lets pick up Cerano on the way'. Of course, on the way we would talk on the issues. Since we retired, we would meet for a Christmas lunch to update each other on our lives, Cerano, Larry and myself. Last year, 2020, Covid stopped us from getting together. We were looking forward to resuming lunch this year. Jim and I will meet this year with an empty chair but Larry's spirit will be there. Sincerely, Randy & Joan Ryszewski "

"Larry, my boss, mentor, and friend. I have never met a more optimistic and interesting person in my 76 years on this planet. I so wanted this covid curse to end so that we can enjoy another linch, dinner, drink, or that elusive downhill ski race. You have too quick...I so miss our one on ones, trips to Fargo for our GEM car task, The Italian dinners with the GEM team, You buying me coffee because I forgot my wallet.''''' etc. Not to mention your sense of humor and all those times you fired me.....LO|. DAMN, We had one mothery ball. It was never at all like work. Thank my friend Dr. Oswald. Yes, I will miss you but your advice, teachings, and guidance will remain until we meet again. Love, Jim & Jane Cerano"
