"Our heartfelt condolences to Ed's family and friends. As a fellow attorney, I've known Ed for 20+ years. Our relationship really blossomed the past few years as he took my son, Owen Fell, under his wings. Owen was a top 10 finalist in the 10 Under 20 competition at the guitar festival and proudly played his EKlein guitar that Ed had made for him. Ed was as proud of him as my wife and I were. Owen was thrilled to hang out with Ed at the Dallas International Guitar Show this year. What a kind and generous man. He will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with his family and friends. "My most sincere condolences to Ed's wife Robyn upon having just learned of his untimely passing. Having worked with Ed as well as to becoming good friends for over a decade, I'm at a complete loss for words, save to pray that his memory serve as a blessing to Robyn and Ed's extended family.
