Rachelle "Shelly" Miller Stalarow, 74, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, in Houston TX. Shelly was born on February 24, 1947 in Houston, Texas to the late Milton and Selma Miller.
Shelly graduated from Bellaire High School in 1965 and attended Del Mar College in Corpus Christi. She moved back to Houston and worked for many years in the title insurance business. Shelly was a sweet loving person who married Harvey in 2000 and they enjoyed traveling throughout the United States. In her free time, she loved volunteering at Memorial Hermann Southwest and several animal rescue organizations.
Shelly was preceded in death by her parents Milton and Selma Miller and her brother, Steve Miller. She is survived by her husband Harvey Stalarow and stepdaughters Hilary and Staci Stalarow.
