In loving memory of

Irina Vaserfirer
July 6, 1956 - September 3, 2021

It is with great sorrow that we must announce the passing of Irina Vaserfirer. She died peacefully at her home on the morning of Friday, September 3, 2021 of complications from ovarian cancer.

Irina's favorite pastimes included travel, eating dark chocolate, cooking for her family, shopping, cleaning, and especially laundry. She had a particular talent for management and delegation. Even from her deathbed, no speck of dirt could evade her gaze and she directed a meticulous dusting of the ceiling fan. In her professional career, Irina took pride in her role as a respected mentor to many. She liked to help people, she had a wicked sense of humor, and she had perfected the art of perfectionism. She loved her family more than anything.

She was a strong woman and fought the cancer tirelessly.

Irina is survived by her husband of 45 years Tony, her daughter Lucy, and her son Andrew. We love you forever, Mom.

At Irina's request, please consider making a donation to a cause dear to her heart in lieu of purchasing flowers.
