Delbert L. Johnson MOUNT HOME, Arkansas - Delbert L. Johnson, 89, passed away at the Hiram-Shaddox nursing home, Mount Home, Arkansas. Burial will be at Municipal Cemetery at a later date. Mr. Johnson was born July 27, 1919 in Rochester, Iowa, the son of Louie and Olga Christensen Johnson. He married Forestine Lucassen on July 12, 1941. She passed away on September 16, 1989. He later married Dorothy Mae Skiver of Mount Home, on September 12, 1993. She passed away January 25, 2009. He farmed many years in the West Branch and Springdale area and later moved to Mount Home. He is survived and lovingly remembered by sons, Terry Johnson of Iowa City, Iowa, Lynn Johnson and wife, Jeanne, of Moscow, Iowa, Gary Johnson of Iowa City, Iowa, and Steve Johnson and wife, Karole, of Taylors, South Carolina; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two wives; two brothers, Truman and Leonard; a sister, Dorothy Benson, and a grandson, Eric Johnson.
