"from the time i can remember my grandma and i really never got along my mom always said it was because our personality?s were so alike that we butt heads all the time but there?s no one in the world i?d rather butt heads with right now then her. My grandma helped raise me and my siblings so my parents could work and provide for us. i?ve never been ready for this day but i?ve always feared it?d come. She was someone who made you feel welcome and loved and whenever you wanted to talk about something she was always there in the dining room playing battleship or doing crossword puzzles and she was always wanting to talk. I wish i had talked to her more then i did the saying ?you don?t know what you have till it?s gone? it?s true you never really appreciate what you had till you can?t have it anymore. And i?d give anything to sit down in the dining room and talk to her one more time. My grandma really knew how to keep us laughing even in her passing we?ve found things she?s kept and we just laugh because we knew that was something she would do. she liked to keep everything. But i was lucky this past year anytime i wanted to go someone she would ride along with me all i had was my permit at the time and come to find out she never had her license with her while i was driving which i mean sounds a lot like her so i?m not surprised. My siblings and i have made so many great memories with her that?ll last a lifetime and she?ll always be with us and watching over us. To sit here and tell you every great memory we?ve had together would take weeks. One of my favorites was the night me, all 3 of my siblings which you never get in the same room at the same time and getting along at once but we played uno for like an hour and when we all were pretty much finished somehow she found this gift card to a pizza place in Barnegat from a car show in 2018 this is what i mean by she kept everything but anyway me my sister and my little brother and her all got in the car and went and got pizza and of course we had to stop at the dollar store for cross word puzzles on our way home. To me she?s never really gone i?ll always carry her spirit with me and look back on those memories that i?m lucky enough to have forever. "
