It is with great sadness that her children announce the passing of their beautiful mother Donna Hird Craig, of Little Egg Harbor, on August 26, 2021.
She is survived by her loving children Angela Goldin (Adam) of Galloway, NJ; Joseph Craig of Norristown, PA; Jennifer Merill (James) of Little Egg Harbor, NJ. Affectionately known as "Gigi" to her grandchildren Jared Goldin of Galloway; Destiny Craig of Little Egg Harbor; Kaylee Craig of Columbus, GA; and Olivia Merrill of Little Egg Harbor. She is also survived by her ex husband 46 years Joseph Craig, Jr, sister Joan McAllister, her brothers Alfred Hird Jr. (Rose Colangelo), Robert Hird (Marion), Wayne Hird, Steven Hird (Rhonda) and William Hird as well as many nieces and nephews. She is Predeceased by her parents Alfred and Mary Hird (nee Lamon), and her brothers Gary and James Hird.
Donna was known for her big loving heart. She made friends with everyone she met. She was truly adored. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, camping, kayaking, going to the beach, playing bingo with friends, going to Harrah's and watching the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. She was the happiest spending time with family and friends. She is going to be missed tremendously.
A visitation will be held at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE NJ on September 21, 2021 from 1pm to 3pm. Memorial Service 3pm at the Funeral Home. Interment Private.
