In loving memory of

William Keith McDonald
July 10, 1962 - September 11, 2021

William K. McDonald Jr., of Gleason, passed Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. He was 59 years old. He was born on July 10, 1962, in Burlington, a son of William and Bessie (Cain) McDonald.

He married Janice Champage on May 13, 2006 at Bradley Park in Tomahawk.

He was a graduate of McHenry Community High School, McHenry, Illinois.

He was raised on Northern Pump Farms in McHenry. Farming was his passion and he worked on farms in several communities.

As a young man he was involved in Future Farmers of America and 4-H, and showed animals at county fairs developing his love for everything John Deere.

He lived in Rhinelander for 15 years, raising his daughter, and managing the Pennzoil Pit Stop. For the past 14 years he worked at Weinbrenner Shoe Company factory in Merrill.

Survivors including his wife, are a daughter, Amber Rose McDonald, Milwaukee; two step-daughters, Cindi Kluck, Tomahawk, Kimberly (Dennis) Ristau, Tomahawk; two step-sons, Christopher Wickersham, Jesse Wickersham both of Tomahawk; nine step-grandchildren and one great-step-grandchild on the way; two sisters, Alivia (Peggy Morrison) Biko, Oregon, Mary (Roger) McDonald-Bambauer, Oregon; a brother, Archibald (Sybil) McDonald, Genoa City.

A celebration of life will be held on the farm in the next several weeks.
