Bruce Malitz Jr., of Antigo, died Friday, September 24, 2021, at his home. He was 41 years old. He was born on December 23, 1979, in Antigo, a son of the late Bruce and Susie (Frazier) Malitz.
Bruce was raised in Pearson and attended Elcho High School. He was well known for his musical talent playing guitar and singing. He had a gift with music, being able to listen to a song once and play it. He played lead guitar in the band "Bittersweet" alongside his father and brother. Bruce shared his talents, making guest appearances in other area bands.
Survivors include a brother, Jeff (Gail) Alft of Pearson; a sister, Dana (Keith) Zahorik of Reedsville; nieces and nephews, James, Jenna Jacob, Donna, Jamie, Laura, Jason, Shawn and Joey.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A private family service will be held.
