Pulsifer,
Karol May

Karol May Pulsifer, age 65, was born on September 12, 1956, to Mr. Harold Joseph Pulsifer and Mrs. Helen Gemzer Pulsifer went home to be with the Lord peacefully with family by her side on October 2, 2021. Karol fought a good fight, had the will to survive, and was strong in her battle with Cancer until the Lord called her home.

Karol was born and raised in Muskegon, Michigan. She attended Muskegon Public Schools Bunker Elementary, Steele Jr. High School, and graduated from Muskegon Senior High School. She used to love going to Bingo and going to card games as well. Karol also enjoyed playing candy crush on her phone and spending time with her sisters, her children, and grandchildren.

Just recently, Karol was able to take a trip to California with her two sisters, Violet and Luanne, and spend some time with her brother, Tony and his wife, Marsha. Though she was battling cancer, she was able to have one of the best times of her life in California.

Through her struggles and difficulties in life, she would often attend church on Sundays and during a couple of revivals at Holy Trinity Institutional COGIC with her son, Aaron. She was able to confess Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She requested her son Aaron to get a Large Print Holy Bible and have it read to her during the last stages of her bout with cancer.

Karol was loved and taken care of by her two sisters, Luanne and Violet along with her children, Aaron, Tanya, and Helena. She leaves behind her 4 loving children; two sons, Joseph Pulsifer and Aaron Pulsifer; and two daughters; Tanya Pulsifer and Helena Pulsifer all of Muskegon, MI. Her 7 grandchildren, Tyanna Pulsifer, Adrik Himber, Amiyah Pulsifer, Amari Pulsifer, Tranique Johnson, Travon Johnson, and Coy Hathorn. "Grandma Karol, just sitting here thinking of you and how strong of a woman you were. A woman that marched to her own beat, a hustler to say the least. Thank you for always being you and passing on that strength and genuineness to my friend Tanya. To the family, you have my deepest condolences especially you Helena because I know how you both relied on each other as mother and daughter as well as roomies and friends. As much as she'll be missed, I'm happy that the suffering is over and I know in my heart that she's at perfect peace. Love you guys."
