Victor C. Brooks
Canton- Victor C. Brooks, 71, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 11:41 pm, at Graham Hospital in Canton.
He was born on February 8, 1950 in Canton.
He married Earlena Black on January 5, 1970 in Baumholder Germany. She survives.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Louella (Foster) Brooks, step father, Jack Ward and one brother Rick Brooks.
Also surviving are his children, Tess (Tim) Link of Canton, Nick (Rachel Miller) Brooks of Cuba, Selina (Mark) Dry of Canton, one brother, Lon Brooks of Canton and five grandchildren.
Victor served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam war. He retired from AT&T. He enjoyed singing, playing and writing music and also his one line puns.
Cremation rites have been accorded and a burial of ashes will take place at a later date with military services at White Chapel Memory Gardens in Canton.
