Dolores E. Fletcher
February 4, 1928 - October 10, 2021

Dolores E. Fletcher, of Ambler, died peacefully on Sunday, October 10, 2021 in the Seasons Hospice at Phoenixville Hospital in Phoenixville, PA. She was 93 years old.

Born in North Hills, PA., Dolores was the daughter of the late Francis and Consolata (nee Ferrick) Janssens.

Dolores was a devoted wife and mother. She loved to pack up the children and spend the summer camping in Green Lane Park. The family also enjoyed spending time at their farm in Catawissa, PA. Dolores was an avid reader and enjoyed doing needlepoint in her spare time.

Dolores was predeceased by her beloved husband Peter L. Fletcher, in 2003. She is the dear mother of Craig P. Fletcher of Fort Washington; Kenneth B. Fletcher of Trappe; Randall D. Fletcher (Rosemary) of Pottstown; Lois M. Warehime (the late Dave) of South Lake, TX; and Eric F. Fletcher (Terri) (the late Jayne) of Obelisk, PA. Her infant daughter Andrea passed away in 1952. She is the grandmother of Seth (Heather), Zachary (Adrienne), and Carla Fletcher and the great grandmother of Morgan, Drew, Jaxxon, and Steven Fletcher.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 259 Forest Avenue, Ambler, PA 19002. Dolores's Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Rev. Msgr. Stephen P. McHenry at 10:30 AM. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.

Donations in Dolores's memory to St. Anthony of Padua Church would be appreciated by the family.

"Virginia Deck. October 18, 2021. On Sunday I lost my dear friend, Doloris. There are no words to describe my sadness She. Was a kind, caring person who loved her church. When we traveled she never missed Saturday night or Sunday service. My sons and I will always remember hunting, fishing sno- mobiling and partying we have done with Doloris and her family. Rest In Peace, "

"Been thinking about Dolores all the time since her death. Too many memories to pull out just one or two. Have known her since High School. What a great fun person, what a good cook, and what a devout person. Just the thought of her being gone leaves a big hole in one's heart. I'm sure she's happy to be with God now. I'll miss her.
