Jean L. Sexton APACHE JUNCTION, Arizona - Jean L. Sexton, 84, of Apache Junction, Arizona, formerly of Lone Tree, passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2011. Graveside Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, May 29, 2011, at the Lone Tree Cemetery. Following the burial, a time of food and fellowship will be held at Lone Tree American Legion Post 457. There will be no visitation. The Sorden-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services is providing arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Jean Sexton memorial fund. Jean was born on June 24, 1926, in rural Louisa County, the daughter of Coyt M. and Velma V. Stratton Westfall. She married Maynard H. Sexton on October 26, 1945, in Iowa City. She is survived by son, Coyt M. Sexton and wife, Bobbi; two grandchildren, Angela M. Paturzo and husband, Patrick, and Benjamin D. Sexton and wife, Tina; three great-grandchildren, Anthony, Zachary Paturzo and Chase B. Sexton; two brothers, Kenneth P. Westfall and wife, Vera Jean, and Gerald C. Westfall and wife, Shirley; two sisters, Joann M. Pomeroy and husband, Glen C., and Judy V. Evans and husband, Terry. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and a brother.
