"My aunt rachel told me this story and my mom told me it to - I wanted to get up and share a memory yesterday but couldn't because I wouldn't have been able to talk. Wanted to say I took your mom to her first concert to see Elvis! Back than she was so shy and quiet and when Elvis came on , I'm shouting and yelling and what is your mom doing... looking at me and getting embarrassed when I told her let's go to the front of the stage and catch the sweaty hankies he was throwing out to the audience!!??"

"Let me tell you the story behind this picture.
I took this picture of my Mom while we we're at Children's Hospital. We we're there because Mina wasn't feeling well & urgentcare wanted us to go there to get something serious checked out. Soon as I spoke with my Mom she didn't even hesitate & said I'm going with you. It was 9 at night & that didn't matter to her she stayed with us the whole night till Mina was released in the morning. That shows you how much love she had for her grandkids & the type of Grandma she was. She loved them very much with all her heart & would do anything for them. Same goes with her children. She loved all of us & she would tell me time & time again that if something was to happen to her to let them know that she loved all of her children no matter what. My Mom had a heart of gold ? She was the Best & Will Always Be The Best ? We All Owe Her A Debt That Can Never Be Paid, For All That She Did For Each & Everyone Of Us ?? Love You Mom. Rest Easy My Beautiful Mom ? ?"

"When my mother passed away l, Rosie , provided the comfort that no one else could. Rosie and I are very similar and she just understood me in a way many can?t. I called her every Saturday and we would just talk and gossip . She was a inspiration and loved David so much and would light up every time she spoke of him . I will miss are talks so much but I know she is in heaven dancing with Elvis , no longer in pain . She is watching over all of us with her big giving heart ?? Love you Rosie "

"Having been neighbors for so many year, The Luevanos and Valdez's shared many memories. One that totally stands out is our a venture when we took the kids to a haunted Halloween hay ride., puled by a tractor. The tractor died right at the witches caldron. we had to stay there for awhile, across the pond there was a mini explosion; and we had to wait alongside the witch until they fixed the tractor. Turns out the explosion was not part of the ride, but a lawn mower! We had so much fun that, when they gave us free tickets to come back we told the they could never re[;locate hat expierance. We did quite a few of those little adventures with the kids, "

It took me a bit to collect my thoughts about the loss of my beloved
sister-in-law Rosie. But here goes --
Everyone knows that kids don't come with directions...But I have to
say that if there were any child rearing issues, my wonderful
sister-in-law Rosie hid them all because she handled motherhood like
a PRO! Of all the things a person could say about her, they'd have
to include how much she loved, loved, loved her family!!! When they
were growing up, she'd never fail to send my Mom and us in-laws
cards (on every occasion-- Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving etc.)
with pictures of her darling children along with sweet messages in
them. Always living far away myself, I especially appreciated those
because through her I could see the kids grow up. I know she walked
the kids to and from school so they could be safe, and she
helped/worked at the schools when she could - which apparently was a
lot! For me, she gave "stay at home Mom" the highest meaning because
she was so busy doing all of the things that make a house a home. I
often wondered how she did it all, and I certainly never heard her
complain. To the children -- Elizabeth, David Jr., Anthony, Susana,
Natalie and Andrew, may God wrap you up in His very loving arms and
hold you tight as your Mom did so you can FEEL how great is this
LOVE. To my dear brother David, no one can feel the same pain you
have at this loss but let God help you. They call Him Almighty for a
reason. To the grandchildren and family, Rosie loved you so much, so
look at her pictures and talk about her and say her name often so
she can be ever present in your lives. We'll all share in this
grief, yet joy will come in the morning because Rosie and God would
want this for us. May GOD rest her soul "

"I?m not even sure how to begin. I?m the youngest out of six. The baby of the family, you could say. So my mother spent so much time with me. She literally spent so much time. She always was there for me throughout childhood and even my years as an adult. But I always would look back on my childhood years and smile, because a lot of those years were the best years of my life. I used to always try to do everything I could for her. From the times of just helping carry groceries back home from when we?d walk to the store or just things around the house. She volunteered at my elementary school when I was there and ended up actually staying there to work. So no matter what she was there. Helping me learn at home, being there with on field trips. And much more. I loved that. I was happy my mom was there. I was never alone because she was there. Every Sunday night we would always watch a Disney movie they?d play that night before I went back to school. Those moments are gold to me. Then there was the walks to school through any weather. How I would just stand right beside her and have her hold on to me, just so I know nothing would happen to her. All of those little moments meant a great deal to me. I just wanted to always make sure my mom was good, even during my younger years. I?m going to miss always dropping in at her house, sitting there watching her favorite tv shows and movies. Hearing her play her music. I?m going to always miss her home cooked meals, I?m going to always miss her presence. She had the biggest heart, and was a wonderful human being. I will always feel empty inside because she is gone but I?m grateful I even had her in my life and have all the memories I have of her. Miss you, and I hope you are restring peacefully mom. "
