Peter Ridley was born Saturday, December 31st, 1983, in the Jersey Channel Islands of the British Isles to John and Patricia Ridley. He left this world too soon on Sunday, November 14th, 2021.
Peter grew up in South England with his younger brother Simon. Him and Simon where best of friends as children and went on many adventures together. Peter and his family moved to Texas when he was 11 years old.
Peter met his best friend and soulmate Danielle Sauve almost 10 years ago. Since then, they were inseparable and filled each other worlds with happiness. They were both eagerly waiting the birth of their daughter Eleanor "Ellie", due December 17th, 2021. He was so excited about becoming a father and loved singing to his baby girl Ellie. He said, "I swear I'm gonna do more singing to my baby than I'm gonna do talking!" He just couldn't' wait to meet her and to love her.
Peter was a lover of life! He loved to make people laugh and figuring out each person's individual sense of humor. He loved music, making jerky, baking bread, grilling and cooking. His heart and soul where full of kindness and he never made an enemy. His big, beautiful smile was contagious and would melt your heart. He was always first to apologize.
Peter Ridley was preceded in death by his father John Ridley.
Those left to cherish is memory are the loves of his life, wife Danielle Sauve and daughter Eleanor Ridley. His mother Patricia Ridley and brother Simon Ridley. His furbabies, dog Mabel and cats Marmalade, Felicia and Moochie.
Peter will always be remembered for being a loving husband, son, brother and friend to many.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Peter at Distinctive Life Funeral Home Chapel at 1611 N. Central Expressway Plano, Texas on Saturday, December 4th, 2021, at 11 AM.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that people make donation in Peter's name to a local homeless shelter.
