Joseph J. Grucella, Jr., of Ambler, PA died peacefully on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 in the Arden Courts of Warminster. He was 94 years old.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, Joseph was the son of the late Joseph and Anna (nee Kleponis) Grucella, Sr.
Joseph was a Supervisor with the Asplundh Tree Expert Company for over forty years until his retirement. He loved his home and was a talented landscaper. He enjoyed taking care of his property and always made sure the grounds and pool looked their best. There were many special times spent travelling to Cape May, NJ and New England with family and friends. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching football and movies, listening to country and western music and swimming. Joseph was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend.
Joseph was preceded in death by his beloved wife Mary Ann in 2015. He is survived by his loving children; Donna L. Grucella Lewis of Horsham, PA; Lee Ann Grucella of Horsham; and Joseph J. Grucella III and his wife Christina of North Wales, PA. He is the dear grandfather of Rachael, Jenna and Joey. He is also survived by his brother Raymond Grucella of Buffalo, NY.
Visitation and Funeral Mass will be rescheduled in 2022 due to Covid concerns and exposures.
