"I was so shocked to hear of Sandra's passing. She was always so full of life it seemed impossible that it happened so suddenly. She didn't pass up any challenger. Her dedication to our family history was never ending. She was always full of humor and was a great help in our first family reunion. She will be missed by many. Love and miss you Sandra, until we meet again. Rosie"
"I was so sorry to hear of Sandy's sudden passing. I worked with Sandy for many years in the County. She was one of the best. I never had to worry about where the county equipment was for her department. She kept track of it all. She knew exactly where each radar detector was, and every piece of equipment loaned to the local police departments. She would call when new came in, I would tag, and it was sent to the police departments. From there, she was in charge. And never an issue. She was simply the best. A kind, loyal employee, friend, and shoulder when needed. I enjoyed our time together until I retired. Was happy for her when she finally took the leap. So sorry she didn't have time to enjoy it. Rest in peace Sandy. You are missed. ?"
"I am so sorry to hear of Sandy's passing. May she be resting in the arms of the Lord. Never was a time when I would see Sandy that I wasn't met with a pleasant greeting. Bob my heart goes out to you but never forget the good memories together, they will carry you through this difficult time and onto the the future. God Bless "

"I was just a new full time officer at the Town of Shawangunk Police Department when I met Sandy. I have been the DARE officer there ever since and Sandy was my saving grace when it came to funding my program thru stop DWI. I became a Sergeant then Chief and all throughout my career, Sandy has been there, advocating for the DARE program and helping me keep mine afloat while other counties were abandoning it. Sandy had become a friend and I couldn?t have done it without her. Our DARE program is still in place today largely due to Sandy?s help. She will be sorely missed and I?m glad to have called her friend. Anything I, or our department can do for her family in this sad time or in the future, our door is open just as Sandy?s was always open to us. ?????Chief Marlatt"
"I am praying for everyone who loved Sandy. A bright light in our lives has gone on before us and we are grieved. She will never be forgotten. Sandy, you are so one of of a kind. Caring, loving, smart and funny! I will miss you. Until we meet again, thank you for being the amazing soul you are!"
"My heart goes out to you, Bob, and family. A light lit up in heaven but was extinguished on earth with Sandy?s passing. She was so generous with her time and creativity. She helped me plan volunteer recognition events at Golden Hill and made incredible center pieces. I feel privileged that she was part of my life. "
"We're so sorry to hear of Sandy's sudden passing. One of the first pictures in our family photo album is of Sandy the year I was born so we always saw her warm smile every time we opened the book. Decades later that picture is etched into my memory. I always enjoyed our emails and phone calls about the Daw family history. It was nothing short of amazing what she was able to find. We count ourselves lucky for knowing such a beautiful person. Our hearts grieve her loss with you."
"I have many memories of Sandy, but my favorite was when I took over for her, making cole slaw for the St John's ham dinner. I was not used to making slaw for 300 people, so Sandy showed me her technique. No spoons required. Sandy dug in with her arms, literally almost to her armpit to stir the stuff up. She explained that's where she got the extra secret flavor from. We will all miss her. Our hearts go out to you Bob."
"Bob, we are so saddened to hear of Sandy's passing. There are no words. She was so personable and lived her life to the fullest. Know we love you my friend and you are welcome to come to FL if you find you need a road trip. God Bless. "
"The loss of my dear friend is just mind-numbing. I cannot imagine the sorrow in your heart, Bob. Sandy's humor and love of life were gifts she always gave freely and blessed so many of us. "
"It is still a shock that Sandy is gone from us much to soon. I've known Sandy for many, many years... She was a dedicated and much loved member of the Coach House family and will be missed by so many! Rest in the arms of our Lord, Sandy, and and keep those angels in line! ?"
"Our hearts ache, and the pain of losing Sandy is raw and hurts deeply. She has always been a part of our family and will be greatly missed. We are here for you Bob, today, tomorrow. next month, or next year."
"My deepest sympathy goes out to Bob, Sandy's family and friends and her Coach House family. I worked with her during several shows in the snack bar and came to enjoy her sense of humor and admire her dedication to Coach House. May she reunite with loved ones in heaven and continue to smile down upon everyone she was close to. "
