Dale V. Hughes, 69 of Sterling Heights. Passed away surrounded by his loving family on December 23rd. He is the Cherished husband of Barbara. Father of Dale Lea Hicks, Stephanie Helm, David Hicks, Chris Hicks and the late Mary Hicks-Blevins. Stepdad of TJ (Froni) Senopole, Benny (Jordan) Senopole, and Andy Senopole. Grandpa of Alexis, Savannah, Gianna, Annabelle, Danny, Jacob, Cody, Madalyn, James, Julianna, Reese and Tye. Brother of John (Connie) Hughes, Diane Swiben, Judy Hughes and Darlene Mikkola . Also survived by his Nieces and Nephews Jonathan, Adam, Nicole, Amy, Kevin and Amanda, the late Scott and the late Jessica. Dale was a proud Sergeant for Michigan Department of Corrections. A Celebration of Dales Life will be Thursday, December 30th from 10-2 pm with a sharing of memories 1:00pm at Chas. Verheyden Funeral Home, 43300 Garfield, Clinton Township, 48038.
