Betty J. Bulanek, 89, of Marshalltown, IA, passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at the Iowa River Hospice Home in Marshalltown. Cremation rites were accorded and a private family burial will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Anderson Funeral Homes in Marshalltown. Betty was born April 25, 1932, to Harold and Erma (Matney) Hauser in Albion, IA. Betty attended and graduated from Albion High School. She was united in marriage to Nyle Bulanek on June 24, 1951 at the Methodist Church in Albion, IA. Betty spent most of her career working at Fisher Controls. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Marshalltown.
Betty will be dearly missed by her son, Mike Bulanek of Eagan, MN; and two granddaughters: Kathyrn and Claire Bulanek, also of Eagan. She was preceded in death by her Husband Nyle, and her parents Harold and Erma Hauser.
