George C. Dahl

George C. Dahl, 84, of Eddyville, NY, passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, January 12, 2022. He was born October 9, 1937 in Kingston, NY, son of the late George Dahl, Sr. and Cora Gillsinger.

George worked for IBM, for many years where he was a member of the Quarter Century Club. He was life member of the Lake Katrine Rod and Gun Club and coached the Dodgers for the Esopus Little League. He loved hunting, fishing, and traveling to his camp in the Adirondacks.

George is survived by his wife of 64 years, Ruth Dahl of Eddyville, his children, Carol Rosselli and her husband Dan, George Dahl and his wife Donna, his grandchildren, David "DJ", Lauren, Christian, Nichol, Laura, and Mark, several great grandchildren, and his daughter in law, Lorraine. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his son David Dahl. The family would like to thank the Bloomington Fire Department and the Ulster Police Department for the kindness they extended to the family.
