Frank L. Caratola, on January 13, 2022, of Bellmawr; formerly of Camden. Age 96.
Beloved husband of the late Jeannette (nee Salvatore). Devoted father of Dean (Judy) and Denise (Tim). Loving grandfather of Salvatore (Christina), Jennifer (James), Mariessa (Evan), and Tim Jr. Dear uncle of Jim Spinelli (Eleanor) and Ginger Catarina.
Frank was an avid photographer and won a few awards for his photos. He was a carpenter by trade and loved helping his kids with projects around their homes. Frank proudly served in the US Navy during World War II in D-Day and would share harrowing stories about his service.
There will be a viewing Wednesday 9:45am to 10:45am at St. Joachim Parish, Annunciation BVM Church, 601 W. Browning Road, Bellmawr. Funeral Mass 11am in the Church. Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank's memory to the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz, VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Voluntary Service, Sixth Floor, Room A637, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
