"I have known Bill since 1994 when I moved to Alden Park Towers and started to attend Annunciation (Good Shepherd) Church. He and Delores were very welcoming and he became a good friend. After I moved to Chicago, he saved my house at 656 Van Dyke after it fell to foreclosure two owners after me. He is missed. Memory Eternal "

"What a wonderful, rich, fully lived life! A Man for All Seasons, truly. My favorite memory is having lunch with Diane in a NYC restaurant and calling him. He told a joke, sang a song and had us all in stitches. Rest in peace, may he enliven Heaven and entertain the angels."
"Bill was a one of a kind, a special man. He loved people and they all loved him, especially the ladies. We met at the DAC and for years bowled together. So many fond memories an fun nights on the lanes. He coined many humorous Haska Bowling terms which we still use today. When Bill wasn't there, everyone would ask where he was and if he was OK? Looking at the pictures and video below you tell he was a great family man and he loved each and every one of you. He really new how to live and love life. He will be missed! Tim Teagan"
