Madison - Scott Allen Pirkel, age 51, passed away at his home on Sunday, August 14, 2011 while surrounded by his family.
Scott was born on June 1, 1960 in Madison, WI, the son of Raymond and Lucille (Lawler) Pirkel.
Scott was married to Kelly Timmons in September of 1993.
He is survived by his wife, Kelly; his mother, Lucy Pirkel; a brother, Pat (Deb) Pirkel; his nieces and nephews, Lane and Josey Pirkel and Amanda and Kyle Rogers; an uncle, Don and Rose Lawler and an aunt, Kathy Lawler.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond in 1960 and his sister, Theresa Rogers in 2008.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the family in Scott's name.
Funeral services will be held at Cress Funeral Home, 3325 E. Washington Ave., Madison WI on Thursday, August 18th, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Pastor Steve Wenk will officiate. A visitation will also be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Burial will conclude at Blooming Grove Township Cemetery.
