Julia Gregurich
December 24, 1919 - September 6, 2011

Julia Gregurich, of Deerbrook, died Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at River's Bend Heath and Rehabilitation Center in Manitowoc. She was 91 years old. She was born on December 24, 1919 in Antigo, a daughter of the late Frank and Marie (Uridil) Novotny. She married George Gregurich on August 21, 1940 in Antigo. He preceded her in death on September 23, 2001.

She farmed with her husband in the town of Neva.

She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Manitowoc. While in Deerbrook she was a member of the Deerbrook Ridge Runners Snowmobile Club, Little Chicago Homemakers Club and was a 4-H leader.

She enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting and gardening.

Survivors include a daughter, Gail (Richard) Luedke, Wausau; two sons, Thomas Gregurich, Loveland, CO and Robert (Carla Boyle) Gregurich, Manitowoc; nine grandchildren, Michelle Gregurich, Michael (Madri) Gregurich, Sarah Etheridge, Amy (Lloyd) Lindley, Jackie (Rodney) Kleinstick, Brian Crum, Brandon Luedke, Baylee Luedke and Brianna Luedke; and six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Agnes Koutnik and Mary Mlynarik; and a brother, Frank Novotny.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with Reverend Richard Miller officiating. Burial will take place in Neva Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 12 p.m. until the 2 p.m. service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association.
