"Our condolences to Aunt Pilar at the death of her long time friend, Thelma Luther. I will remember the sun shining against Thelma's hair as she towered over me during our many visits to their house each My during Veisha. Their manicured gardens were always special, perhaps that is where I inherited my love for gardens as well. Although she never met my husband or children, I hope she looks down from heaven to see my beautiful children, husband, gardens, cows, pastures and the peaceful river that runs life through it all. I will look up and smile at the sunshine which so reminds me of her. It seemed as though the weather was always sunny when we visited. I am blessed and thankful for many happy memories with Aunt Pilar and Aunt Thelma. They are in my prayers always. "

"Was so sorrowful when I heard the news. I have only met you both briefly, as I am your mail carrier once a week but I will never forget the thoughtfulness of both of you and always greeted by warm smiles no matter the day. My your memories keep you warm and strong. Bless you and Thelma. Until I see you again one of these days, know I am thinking of you."
