Michael Kim Hamel, age 62, passed away on February, 19 th , 2022 at his home in Wolf Lake, after a
lifelong battle with rheumatoid arthritis. Michael was born January, 23 rd , 1960 in Long Beach, California
to Terry and Shirley (Mabrito) Hamel. He graduated from Holton High School where he was very active
in sports. Michael lived in Oklahoma for over 30 years and he owned an auto body repair shop. He had
a passion for repairing old cars.
Michael is survived by his parents, his blessed Angela (whom he took care of) and his loved dog, Jolee.
He is also survived by his sisters Robin (John) Bartlett of Alabama, Terri (Fred) Meyer of Twin Lake,
Lynette (Mike) Parsons of Twin Lake, along with several nieces and nephews.
At this time, there will be no service held and cremation has taken place.
