Mr. Robert James Sikkenga Jr, age 61, passed away from a short battle of cancer on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at Mercy Campus. He was born in Muskegon, MI on September 9, 1960 to Robert Sikkenga Sr and Sheila Absher. Robert received his GED and started his own business as a Painter for many years. He enjoyed camping, playing pool, helping his dad with floats, and spending time with his friends. Robert had an infectious laugh and a great sense of humor.
SURVIVORS
Robert is survived by his children, Brittany, Robert(Bobby) Sikkenga III, Pamela, and Marilyn; 3 grandchildren; siblings, Susan(Jerry) Sikkenga, Sandy Sikkenga, and David (Sheryll) Sikkenga; aunt, Toni Absher. Robert preceded in death by his mother, Sheila Absher; father, Robert Sikkenga Sr; son, Dustin Shane;grandmother, Louise Sikkenga.
SERVICE
There will be a memorial service at DJ'S Pub (2064 Henry St, Muskegon, MI 49441) on Sunday March 27,2022 from 2pm-6pm.
