"My sincere condolences to the entire family. I worked with Walt at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, Technical Division (Code 540). We were very close, what I call ?work friends? We shared family stories, and offered each other advice from time to time. In one of my major union battles, I remember Walt volunteering to do anything that I wanted or needed. I never told him, but I really needed tat support at that time. I left the Navy yard in the eighties, but thought about Walt often. Rest in peace Walt, I am glad that our paths crossed. "Eleanor, It is with a heavy heart that I heard of Walt's passing. He was a sweet man who always made my Mom feel special with his Sunday morning kiss for her. He was another of the special group of Christians that has made Chews such a special place to worship. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Judy Farrell Weiserth"
