Joseph Hyrum Lewis 66, of Everette, WA. passed away peacefully at Swedish Mill Creek Hospital in the early evening of February 28,2022.
Joe was born in Okinawa Japan on July 20, 1955 to Frank L. Lewis Sr. and Gloria (Kitchen) Lewis. He lived his childhood in Ashland, Ohio. He moved to Everette WA. in his 20's and lived there nearly 40 years.
He enjoyed fishing, camping, and hanging out with his friends. Some of them became family to him.
Joe is survived by 1 son Shawn, and a daughter Tracey. Also surviving are 1 brother Frank L. Lewis Jr. of Ashland, Ohio, 2 sisters, Cindy Lewis of Costa Mesa, CA. and Gloria (Mark Uhler) of Ashland, Ohio. He is also survived by 3 nephews, and 3 nieces.
Joe is preceded in death by his parents, Frank L. Lewis Sr. and Gloria (Kitchen) Lewis, 1 sister Josilon A. Lewis, and 1 niece, Stacey Strickland-Ivy.
A private burial will take place at a later date.
