Tributes

"I worked beside Pat for several years. In fact, she trained and fostered me as a new nurse. She was never afraid to speak her mind and stand firm in her beliefs. I remember when her grandson was born. She was so proud and loved him dearly. Pat was loud and kind; firm and caring; funny and loyal. She loved her people fiercely and consistently stood up for her beliefs. She made the world a better place. There is a special place in Heaven for you, Pat. Thank you for the knowledge you bestowed upon me. You were Mama Bear on the ortho unit and your legacy continues through all the nurses whom you have guided. You gifted an everlasting impression on the nursing profession. I wish I could be at the services to bid you farewell, but I know I will see you again. Matthew 23:21 ?Well done my good and faithful servant! You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.? "

"I worked with Pat for 21 years. She was a wonderful nurse and friend. She always told the funniest stories and made me laugh constantly. She always said what was on her mind. She always spoke about her grandson who she loved dearly. She will be truly missed by everyone who knew her. Ortho will miss her. RIP Pat ?????"
