In loving memory of

Ronald J. Wall
March 11, 1944 - April 23, 2022

Ronald J. Wall of Bellmawr, NJ passed away on April 23, 2022 surrounded by loved ones at the age of 78.

Ron was born in Fairview, NJ and later lived in Boston, MA when he served in the United States Navy as a 2nd Class musician during the Vietnam War. It was there that he met the love of his life and forever best friend, Claire (nee Cadorette) of Lowell, MA. Ron and Claire would have celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary on April 24, 2022.

Ron is survived by his wife Claire and two daughters Cathy Loomis (Jay) of Mt Royal, NJ and Karen Ferrara (Lou) of West Deptford, NJ, 3 brothers Jerry Wall (Carol), Larry Wall (Linda) and the late Kenneth Wall (Angie) as well as grandchildren Mikaela, Ginny, Louis and Andrew, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Ron was affectionately known as "Pop" throughout most of the 46 years that he and Claire lived in in Bellmawr by the many, many friends and neighbors.

Ron worked for ARI in Mt. Laurel for over 33 years as a computer systems analyst. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family in Stone Harbor and was rarely ever seen without a video camera in hand. He loved filming vacations, events and then editing them to create his DVD masterpieces that everyone looked forward to see. Thanks to him his family will always have so many memories to watch over and over throughout the years. Ron was quiet, curious, very funny and quick witted. He was by far the most patient and easy going person you would ever meet. He loved his sweets and especially his ice cream that he and Claire would enjoy every night for snack. He enjoyed watching sports and loved attending his daughters' and grandchildren's games and meets and was so proud to be their "GranPop". Ron was loved by everyone he met, even if it was a brief meeting and will be greatly missed by all.

There will be a viewing Thursday evening from 6pm to 8pm and Friday morning from 9am to 10am at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.

Funeral service 10am Friday morning at the funeral home.

"Mum, Karen, Cathy, Mikaela, Ginny, Louis and extended Wall Family - I cannot express how sad I am for you all. Pop is the best, one of a kind. An excellent husband, the perfect father and an amazing grandfather. I will always think of him as peaceful, funny and genuine. So many good times and laughter were had over the years. Even though he had some terrific one liners and could always make us giggle, many of my conversations with him were serious. Honest questions, thoughtful conversations and true exchanges of caring for each other. I will forever miss that. Sending love and prayers, Amy (Dave, Gavin, Alyssa and Aidan)"
