"Kathy was my cousin. In many ways, like a big sister when I was growing up. I always admired her artistic talents. I still treasure a decoupage purse she made me in 1968. My sister reminded me of the "doll cakes" she would make for the little girls' birthdays. My favorite memory was when she used to often babysit for the 7 of us kids while my parents went out for the evening. I was the oldest, so we would get all the others in bed and then she would let me stay up til my parents got home on the condition that as soon as I heard our garage door going up, I had to run up and pretend to be asleep. We had some fun times together.....LONG AGO. Her smile, her laugh, and her kindness will never be forgotten by our family."

"I went to Siena Heights with Kathy for four years. I remember her as always having a smile (albeit devious at times) and being upbeat and positive. My sympathy to her family. RIP, Kathy "

"Kathy was the ?big sister? to Mary?s friends. when I was in high school. Talented and funny she let us hang out with her and listen to her stories. She loved her students and was always working on a craft or project for them. Know she is missed by her family and friends; such a special person, aunt, teacher, sister, wife and friend."
