MUSCATINE, Iowa - Clark E. Miller, 93, of Muscatine, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at Bickford of Muscatine.

A service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Reverend Susan Bantz will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Military services will be conducted by the Honor Guard of Muscatine City Inc.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 2, 2022, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Beacon of Hope Hospice or to the family, in care of JoAnn Burns. Online condolences may be made at www.wittichfuneralhome.com.

Clark was born September 7, 1928, in Illinois, the son of Clark E. and Anna H. Crow Miller. He first married Mary Law, with whom he shared two children. Clark then married Ruth Benedict, with whom he shared six children. He then married Juanita Whisler on June 20, 1980. She preceded him in death on December 25, 2016.

Clark was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion and VFW-Post 1565. Clark enjoyed watching races, RFDT T.V. and doing crossword puzzles. He loved traveling with Juanita and spending time with his family.

Clark is survived by his children, Michael Miller and his wife, Leslie, JoAnn Burns and her husband, Larry, Don Miller, Ron Miller and his wife, Lisa, Connie Whitehall and her husband, Denzel, and Jim Miller and his significant other, Becky; five step-children, Jan Guyer and her husband, Wayne, Anita Lange and her husband, Keith, Barb Geertz, Karen Gudith and her husband, Dan, and Peggy Decker and her husband, Rick; many grandchildren; many great grandchildren; one sister, Betty Thompson; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Juanita; infant son, Lonnie Miller; son, Keith Miller; and one sister, Arlene Mohnssen.
