In loving memory of

Barbara A. Glass
February 4, 1944 - April 27, 2022

Barbara A. Glass (nee Burnette)

Barbara was called home to the Lord on April 27, 2022 at the age of 78. A prayer warrior who fought courageously through every battle in life with faith, Barbara's mission was to live in eternity with the Lord and save as many souls as she could along the way. Her life didn't end with her death, it's only the beginning.

Barbara was a graduate of Triton Regional High School. She worked in Philadelphia as a typist in a printing company where she met the love of her life, Bill - he smiled and that was it for her. A hard worker all of her life, she remained in the printing industry and later kept house for someone who became a dear friend. Barbara found joy as a greeter at Calvary Chapel Gloucester County, where she was a member of PEP and Women's Bible Study.

Barbara is predeceased by her best friend and husband, Bill; her Mom, Julia; and her loving sister, Dolores. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Paulette Buchanan and favorite son-in-law, Scott. Barbara spent hours on the phone daily with beloved neighbors of 45 years, Pam, Mary, MaryLou and Marge; dear sisters, Trish and Jean; a kindred spirit SIL, Pat; childhood bestie, Pat; and family from the Lord, David and Barbara Buchanan. She adored her nieces, Sarah (Shannon), Nancy, Stephanie, Debbie, Kelly, Anna, Lori; her nephew, Joel, and best cousins, Judith Ann and Nancy. She leaves behind so many dear friends and sisters-in-Christ that filled her life with love.

Barbara will be honored in a celebration of life at Calvary Chapel Gloucester County in Turnersville on May 2, 2022. Visitation at 10am, followed by a Service at 11am. In lieu of flowers, please send memorial donations to: Calvary Chapel Gloucester County, Calvary Plaza, 5360 Route 42, Turnersville, NJ 08012 or online: cc-gc.org. Interment will be private.
