In loving memory of

Rosalie Ann Wimpee
October 21, 1939 - May 9, 2022

Wimpee,
Rosalie Ann
Muskegon, Michigan

Rosalie Ann Wimpee passed away on May 9, 2022 peacefully into the loving arms of our Lord, with her two daughters by her side. Rose was born on October 21, 1939 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Martin S. and Wanda (Cihos) Bugajski. Rose lived the majority of her life in the Muskegon area and then moved to Clearwater, Florida in September 2019 to be with her girls. Although she was terrified of the water, she loved spending time at the beach hunting for sea shells and shark teeth. One of her favorite hobbies was crocheting and she made HUNDREDS of kitchen towels that she gave to many family and friends as a token of her love for them. Rose was very much into crafts, especially making homemade greeting cards and loved spending time with her friends at Tanglewood and the Stitcher's Club. Rose was also very involved with her Church, St. Michael's of Muskegon. She was a Eucharistic Minister, a member of the Rosary Altar Society and also served on the funeral luncheon committee. Rose worked in a variety of jobs throughout her life with the ones she enjoyed most being a secretary at Muskegon Catholic Central and working for the County of Muskegon with Friend of the Court and Register of Deeds offices. And while at each of these, she made deep and lasting friendships. Rose was a very kind, caring and loving soul and touched so many lives. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her and loved her.

"Dear Robin and Shelly, I'm sorry for your loss, your mom was such a sweet lady. How lucky you were to have had her so close to you all of your lives! I know she has not been well for awhile, and her faith was so strong, so I know she is in a better place now. Hopefully she can catch up with my mom and they can chat about the old St Mike's days! We should do that too Robin! My thoughts and prayers are with you, Dona Hindes-Bonnette"
