James Delano Benser
August 31, 1939 - April 30, 2022

Jimmy passed away peacefully at home from CHF as he wanted as he had been ill for awhile.

Jim was born in Lena,Wisconsin to Walter J n Effie j (Crum) Benser n was joined at home to his siblings Lloyd,Luella,Betty n Joyce.Later came Larry n Judy

Jim was active in football in highschool.After graduation he moved to Highland Park Illinois n He got a job at Jim's garage which later he owned.He then met Carol n they soon married at 17 n had 4 children Chrissy ,Jamie,Jimmy ,Jodie.There marriage ended after 15 yrs.

He then sold the garage n met Rose in early 70's they married n had a son Shawn.They eventually moved to Washigton to join Rose brother for work. He became a bartender n had a bar in Walligford , then to Suquamish where he bought the tides Inn.He n Rose divorced as she wanted to move back to Michigan.

He then sold the Inn n moved back to Seattle n went to school for Painting n Worked for Bowdene's painting

He quit them n started working with Brooks Wilson painting n they worked together for 23 yrs till his passing in 05.He then worked for another company but quit n done painting for friends on the side till couldn't do anymore.

He met Nancy in 84 n became partner's for 38 yrs,Traveled to PV Mexico, cruise to Alaska,in train to Illinois to see his family n grandchildren.Many road trips too many places in the USA.,

He loved football,old country music Polka n dance. Casino's , card game 31.

Jim was a guy who loved too work hard ,party with friends n give generously to anyone he met.

He will missed by his LAUGH N HIS BIG SMILE N FUNNY PRANKS he done on his friends n ME!!

He was preceded in death by his parents Walter n Effie siblings Lloyd,Luella,Betty,Joyce,Larry

He is survived by is sister Judy (Bob)Dziekan ,children Chrissy (Fred ) Buerer Jamie (Bill) Lamey James(Anita) Benser, Jodie Benser 5 grandchildren Jessica,Ryan, Wesely,Bill,Alexandera,

7 great grandchildren Jace,Adriana,Troy,Brennan Liam,Carter,Caorline

And his furry friend Philly
