Arthur B. Cegielski
June 7, 1935 - May 14, 2022

Arthur B Cegielski, of Elcho, died Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. He was 86 years old. He was born on June 7, 1935, in Niles, Illinois, a son of Andrew and Emma(Vaidel) Cegielski. He married Elaine Mikolajczak on November 25, 1961. She survives.

He served in the United States Army from January 1958 and received an honorable discharge in January 1960.

Following military service, he moved to Milwaukee where he worked for Hartman TV and Appliance in Greendale.

In 1974 he moved to Elcho where he operated Art's TV Service - a business he operated until his early 80's. He enjoyed his visits with the Coffee Club at Koni K's.

He will be remembered as an outgoing man with a good sense of humor. His motto was: "he could fix anything, except a broken heart". He valued time spent with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors including his wife are a daughter, Debbi (Ted) Smith, Antigo;
two grandchildren Valerie Dudgeon and Mike, Amanda (Steve) Desjarlais;
five great-grandchildren Dexter, Matthew, Alexus, Keagan, and Logan; a sister Ethel Groat, Summit Lake.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Robert and Fred Cegielski.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home. Following the visitation guests are invited to process to the Elcho Cemetery for a 2 p.m. graveside service with military honors conducted by the Elcho American Legion Post.
