"Miss Delphia Rosio - you will be deeply missed by many and often thought of with a smile! You were dedicated to your family, you were fiercely independent and sharp as a tack! You never asked for anything and always "made do" with what you had; yet you still managed to give and pay it forward to help all that you knew. Your love was boundless and completely selfless and you always had a smile and a kind word to share. You will be remembered by all who crossed paths with you! I pray that you are now finally resting easy, breathing easy and able to hear the music as you are reunited with your family who passed before you were ready. Sending HOPE and prayers for your family during this difficult time - may their memories of you bring a smile to them as mine do for me! You will be forever in our hearts! With Love - Jill Lewandowski, and your entire Hands with Heart, Care TEAM! "
